Kate Worum

Kate Worum is an illustrator and designer working in Minneapolis. She is contributing original illustrations to the show, including a series of portraits made in Frankfurt, Germany during a Project M session.

Self Portrait

In Project M, Kate spent two weeks living in a shipping container and working with other creative thinkers from around the world to create prototypes of ideas to help the greater good (read more about Project M here). Kate was inspired to create portraits of her comrades in a series titled Serious Play. Self-Portrait (above) and Nicole (below) will be in our spring show.

Kate has done some locally-inspired work as well: she created this gloriously-haired Dylan for METRO magazine in March. Read about her process in an interview.
